Palm Sunday Celebrations

Our Palm Sunday celebrations started today in Hope, with everyone’s favourite Donkey, Max! With palm crosses in hand, Max was followed on a short walk around by some of our congregation while singing songs.

During the service, we were treated to a great story about how Jesus rode into Jerusalem on a donkey. There was even a great donkey cake and crafts provided after the service, enjoyed by many! 

The celebrations continued at Emmanuel with Messy Easter, with even more donkey rides and crafts. With over 100 people joining us during the afternoon, a lot of amazing Easter related fun was had.
