Preparing for Christmas

Those visiting Hope Church recently or passing by will have seen that the Christmas crib is on display in the churchyard and the stars on the tower are being illuminated one by one as we progress through Advent.  Thank you to those who made sure that we can enjoy these sights again this year.

With reluctance we have decided to cancel the Christingle and Carol services due to concerns over the spread of the new variant of coronavirus at large gatherings.

However, the Christingle service will be online on Christmas Eve at 3.00pm, via Hope church Facebook page.

You can collect Christingles beforehand from the Church Hall at the following times:

Tuesday 21st December, 6 - 7 pm
Wednesday 22nd December, 10 – 11 am
Thursday 23rd December, 1 – 3.30 pm.
